Deleting/Removing a Chat or Collab

When to Use Delete/Remove?

The delete or remove function allows you to manage and maintain the relevance of conversations and collaborations by removing obsolete or irrelevant Chats or Collabs. By using this function, you can ensure that workspaces remain organized and that only active and pertinent discussions are retained.

Steps to Follow

1. Delete/Remove from the "Context" Button:
   • In a Chat or Collab, click on the "Context" button at the top right of the conversation.
   • Access the modal modification window.
   • You must be the owner of the Chat or an admin/owner of the parent workspace of the Collab to perform this action.
2. Quickly Delete a Chat:
   • Click on the list icon to the right of the "+ New Chat" button to display the user's Chats list.
   • Hover over the name of the Chat. A small trash can icon will appear.
   • Click on the trash can icon to delete the Chat without warning.
