To start using GPT Mates, you first need to create an account and log in to the platform. Here are the detailed steps to guide you through this process:

1. Access the Account Creation Page:

   • Open your web browser and go to the GPT Mates website (www.gptmates.ai).

   • Click on the "Sign up" or "Create an account" button located at the top right of the homepage.

2. Choose the Account Creation Method:

   • You have two options to create an account:

     • Sign-Up Form: Fill in the required fields in the sign-up form, including your first name, last name, professional email address, and password. Make sure to choose a secure password that contains at least eight characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols.

     • Sign up with Google: Click on the "Sign up with Google" button to create an account using your Google credentials.

   • Note: The option to sign up with a Microsoft account will be available soon.

3. Email Verification:

   • If you used the sign-up form, you will receive a verification email at the address you provided.

   • Open the email and click on the verification link to confirm your email address.

   • If you do not receive the verification email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk mail folder.

4. Log In to Your Account:

   • Once your email address is verified, go to the GPT Mates application at https://app.gptmates.ai/auth/login.

   • Enter your email address and password, then click on "Sign In." You can also log in using your Google account by clicking on "Sign in with Google."

5. Initial Configuration:

   • During your first login, you will be prompted to set up your user profile.

   • Fill in your profile information, including your title in the organization, a brief description of your responsibilities, and a profile picture.

   • Click on "Save" to finalize your profile setup.

6. Access the GPT Mates Interface:

   • After setting up your profile, you will be redirected to the main GPT Mates interface.

   • Take a moment to explore the interface and familiarize yourself with the different sections and available features.

Security Tips

• Use a Professional Email Address: For security and management purposes, it is recommended to use your professional email address to create your GPT Mates account.
• Choose a Secure Password: Ensure that your password is complex enough to protect your account from unauthorized access.
• Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): If GPT Mates offers two-factor authentication, enable this feature to add an extra layer of security to your account.
