GPT Mates offers a range of powerful features designed to enhance collaboration and productivity within your organization. Here is an overview of the key features you will find on the platform.

Key Features

1. Chats:
   • Description: Chats allow direct and private communication between a user and one or more Mates. They are ideal for getting quick help or specific information.
   • Usage: To start a new chat, click on the "+ New Chat" button, select a Mate, and start typing your message.
2. Workspaces:
   • Description: Workspaces are thematic workspaces that allow you to organize your projects and collaborations. Each workspace can contain multiple collaborations (Collabs).
   • Usage: Create a new workspace by clicking on the arrow to the right of the organization's name at the top of the left menu, then select "Create a new workspace." Name the workspace, add a description, and set the visibility settings (public or private).
3. Collabs:
   • Description: Collabs are collaborative spaces within workspaces that allow multiple users and Mates to work together on a common project.
   • Usage: Create a new Collab by clicking on the three dots next to the workspace name, then select "Create a new Collab." Name the Collab, add a description, and invite the necessary users and Mates.
4. Manage Mates:
   • Description: Mate management allows you to add, configure, and customize Mates within your organization.
   • Usage: Access the "Manage Mates" section to see all the Mates in the organization, onboard new Mates from the "Mates Store," or create a new custom Mate.
5. Mates Store:
   • Description: The Mates Store contains over 350 specialized Mates in various business domains, ready to be integrated into the organization with a single click.
   • Usage: Access the Mates Store via the "Manage Mates" section. Use the filters and search bar to find the Mates that meet your needs, then click on the "Onboard" button to add them to your organization.
6. Mate Customization:
   • Description: You can customize Mates by modifying their instructions, parameters, and avatars to better meet the specific needs of your organization.
   • Usage: Click on a Mate in the "Organization's Mates" section to open its configuration page. Modify the instructions, LLM model, temperature, and avatar of the Mate as needed.
